Memory Game!
Here is a fun little game... leave a comment on my blog of a memory that you and I have had together. It doesn't matter if you've known me for a short time or a long time, anything that you remember! Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It is pretty funny to read the responses. On your mark... get set... blog those memories!
Oh my goodness, where to start...
ReplyDelete*You pulling me off the top bunk by my blankie.
*In high school when we got in that huge fight and I ripped the keys out of the ignition while you were driving.
*Running away to the park in Gilbert when we were little.
*Sharing a bedroom for FOREVER and talking to eachother all night long.
*One of us talking at night and asking the other a question only to find that they were asleep and you were talking to yourself.
*Wishing so bad that you were at my wedding.
*Loving your hair/make-up transformation after your first year at BYU.
*Our super late night talk when you came to visit me in Tucson.
SOOO many fun and funny memories. I miss you!

I missed this one earlier...
ReplyDeleteI remember the hours we spent playing "Word Rescue" on the computer with our sisters, the first summer you guys came to visit at our new house.
I remember staying up describing our future novels in great detail to each other, in the tent trailer in your driveway the summer before 7th or 8th grade.
I remember being so glad I had you with me at Freshman Orientation.
I remember IMing while we did homework, even though we were in the same room. And freshman year, working hard until 10:30, when we would run downstairs and buy ourselves Salt & Vinegar chips.
I remember you making me feel better whenever I needed it. :-)
I remember hot chocolate parties in Bowen after we went sledding with the guys.
I remember playing Minesweeper Flags while you were in China. :-D
I remember being so happy when my cell phone rang at 6 a.m. the morning after I got engaged.
I remember the talk we had, late at Aunt Janice's house before April conference in 2005, about getting through meat grinders.
I remember trying really hard not to cry watching you and your parents drive away in the van after having dinner at our house, just before you went into the MTC.
Oh, were we just supposed to leave a couple of memories? :-) Oh well. I'm so glad you're in so many of mine!
Good words.
